Position Description:
1. Support and drive R Model/Visual & LCD team of Global Procurement on organization strategy, daily operation, team long term development based on BMS.
2. Assist R Model/Visual & LCD team of Global Procurement for business control activities, eg: audits, EICC etc.
3. As representative for Vice President on regular review with cross functional teams, such as WW marketing team, financial team and WW operation team
4. Work with HR partner to assist VP on HR issues including people development programs, financial budget planning, people planning.
5. Act as the Executive Assistant for Vice President to handle various business case and situation

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Fluent on spoken and written English
3. 5 years and above related experiences in Supply Chain
4. Outstanding project management skill
5. Self-starter and can work under ambiguity
6. Be able to drive multiple programs across functions
7. A good communicator at executive level
8. Bilingual talents preferred
