Position Description:
1.Receive forecast from regions, understand and analyze the WW demand plan by region.
2.Work out MPS for regions.
3.Receive parts level supply commitment from Procurement and commit at FG level to each region.
4.Lead weekly supply/demand interlocks with the geography planning teams. Present supply/demand planning and operations updates weekly
5.Act as liaison to WW Operations team on all Idea DT supply and demand planning
6.Ensure that the regions are planning and executing to their transition plans
7.Ensure alignment with BU guidance and new product ramp assumptions
8.Develop and publish supply allocation to geography's when required.
9.Understand and implement supply planning best practices for Idea DT products
10.Achieve WW forecast accuracy KPI and interlock with geos monthly on root cause and lessons learned.

Position Requirements:
1.This position has a high level of visibility, including the senior executive teams in Global Procurement, Geography's, and WW Operations.
2.The successful candidate must have both planning and operational experience.
3.Excellent data mining, Excel, PowerPoint, written and verbal communication skills are critical, including English fluency.
4.Ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, good at communications and easy to reach agreement with members from different teams.
