职位描述：
This position has responsibilities & capabilities to lead Trane API unitary Regional New Product Development (NPD) program(s) to implement and achieve 36 monthes sales revenue of $20 million after program launch . Specifically the position has responsibilities to buid and lead cross functional team(s) to achieve desired business results within budget, at desired product cost level, to specified quality & functionality requirements, and within the committed program schedule.

1. Lead cross functional NPD program teams to meet programs objectives as agreed upon
2. Build cross-functional ownership of NPD so it is recognized as a business process for Trane API business; Assess programs cross-functional resource requirements and proactively engage sponsors and functional leaders to fill resource gaps on a timely basis to insure project success
3. Follow Ingersoll Rand Product Development Process (IRPDP) to ensure NPD program regior
4. Facilitate/Lead program plan, schedule and charter development
5. Manage program team’s deliverableas using critical path management & professional project management methodologies.
6. Present program progress at regional gate committee & other leadership meetings. Provide managements with updates on key deliverables & milestones
7. Present NPD/VAVE programs at Phase-Gate meetings for Trane API unitary business. Show cross functional alignment & ownership of program deliverables at Phase-Gate reviews.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a technical field; PMI certification/Lean Sixsigma Green belt preferred.

A minimum of 8 years in a diversified industrial company in Engineering, Product management, Quality, and/or Operations, with a minimum of 2 years in Program/Project Management is required.

Experience running large complex cross functional projects is required; global project management experience a plus.

Good conflict management skills and demonstrated versatility in personal interaction and influence skills

Organized, Focused & Detail and results-Oriented
