Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for specifications, data and product development for new and existing products to be completely understood by urological supplier(s).

· Coordinate with different levels of management at suppliers to ensure successful product development projects meeting the deadline.

· Create and maintain databases with details on products including BOM, sources, pricing and demand.

· Ensure suppliers are clear on all our specifications and designated material sources as related to urological products.

· Coordinate prototypes and communication consistently with Design Engineer

· Perform unannounced inspections to audit and identify the opportunity for improvement or documentation of deficiencies and penalties.

· Work closely with suppliers, the Shanghai office, and the corporate office in the USA to communicate product changes, improvements

· Trend data on changes, lot numbers and customer satisfaction/complaints on any revisions of specifications.

· Work with Suppliers and our corporate office in US on customer complaints and work with project engineer on the investigation

· Work with suppliers and our QC team in China to improve and clarify GPI and inspection protocols.

· Work with suppliers to identify the opportunity for product cost saving

· Work with supplier to ensure suppliers to properly document (ECN) any material, source or specification change.

Qualifications:

- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Information Science or equivalent education

- Individual must have a high regard for personal accountability and understand the critical importance of commitment

- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and gain the respect of various levels of management, including owners/senior managers at the factories. Ability to read and interpret product specifications and drawings

- Ability to construct and maintain database information.

- Ideal candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and has the flexibility to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines

- Detail oriented with strong problem solving, and organizational skills

- Professional attitude with a heightened sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Ability to effectively recognize and communicate improvements for finished products and components.

- Responsibility to document and track any changes to suppliers, managers, and coworkers.

- Proficiency of PC skills: Auto CAD or Solidworks, MS: (ACCESS – database expertise, Word, Excel), Adobe and Email

- Handle special projects as directed by Managers

- Ability to travel frequently
