工作职责

1.负责机房环境监控和故障的初步响应（供电，消防，空调，视频）；

2.负责服务器、存储等，硬件基础检查；

3.协助各系统负责人，确定并维护，各系统“健康基线”；

4.按照要求，对系统监控的报错进行响应；

5.紧急处理方案的响应、处理和上报；

6.负责备份作业完成情况的监控（检查，完成备份）；

7.负责备份磁带的日常管理；

8.负责CRS客户端维护、呼叫中心系统管理（基础管理）；

9.机房环境的整理清洁；

职位要求

1.计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，1年以上工作经验；
2.熟悉TCP/IP协议，以及基本网络设备的配置和管理；
3.熟悉Windows操作系统及其相关应用的安装、部署；
4.了解HP/IBM/DELL服务器、存储、交换机、磁带库等硬件；
5.良好的沟通能力、团队精神及良好的服务意识，能承受较大的工作压力；
6.具有高度责任心，较强的工作主动性；
7.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
8.能适应24小时倒班工作；
9.有IDC监控、helpdesk工作经验者优先；此岗位欢迎广大应届毕业生应聘。
