Position Description:
1) Design and maintain technical standards in respective fields
2) Lead technical roadmap design for company business transformation projects
3) Might need to manage some technical enhancement projects within the specified business area
4) Lead/supervise the design and implementation of large scale IT projects
5) Introduce new techniques; provide input on long term industrial technical development trends
6) Provide technical guidance on projects and programs as IT technical expert
7) Select and negotiate with suppliers and technical partners

Position Requirements:
1) Deep understanding and knowledge on general networking technologies; experience on designing or supporting large scale enterprise IT systems;
2) Deep understanding and knowledge on technologies and architecture of DHCP,DNS and ID&Access management. Experience on designing large scale system of these technologies are very much preferred.
3) Familiar with but not limited to Cisco enterprise level router/switches/firewalls
4) Familiar with large network routing protocols such as OSPF/BGP/etc.
5) Certifications: CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.
6) Good understanding of IT operation framework and methodology such as ITIL.
7) Strong communication capability, clear logic analysis, documentation and presentation.
8) English can be used as working language
