Position Description:
1.Provide (24*7) on call and on site support to executives.
2.Work closely with Executive Support Team on daily executives issues.
3.Coordinate closely with others service team to provide solution for executives.
4.Provide hands-on training and materials to executives
5.Build up the good relationship with executives and their secretaries.
6.Collect and record executives daily issues and analyse/investigate/provide the best solution for executives.

Position Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in PC hardware & software support
2.Excellent communication ,interpersonal skill with users and teammate.
3.Highly motivated - strong commitment Sense of urgency, able to work under pressure, overtime and crisis situation.
4.Expert knowledge of MS outlook, Lotes Notes,Win XP and Win7(experience and troubleshooting)
5.Must be well-organized and attentive to detail.
6.Minimum 2 years experience working with global teams.
7.Expert in supporting mobile devices (Blackberry、SmartPhone)
8.Interest about new PC+ technology and device.
9.Fluent in Mandarin and English
