Position Description:
1. Design, develop, implement, and operate a Program Management approach or PMO to meet the business change needs.
2. Work independently or in joint efforts with cross-function team on strategic projects and studies
3. Facilitate BU & functional business leaders to develop global consumer product strategies
4. Engage in ad-hoc new business development initiatives in emerging business areas
5. Provide consultative advices and support in regular and ad-hoc leadership cadence meetings
6. Perform, or advise on performing, key Program Management activities including
-- Aligning programs to business strategy.
-- Project and program planning
-- Tracking achievement of program schedules and budgets
-- Monitoring program risks and issues
-- Evaluating proposed program changes
-- Monitoring realization of planned business benefits
-- Reporting on program status and communicating with key stakeholders
-- Monitoring and reviewing projects and programs within the portfolio
-- Monitoring of contracts and vendors

Position Requirements:
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of experiences in IT or consulting industry
2. Good understanding to IT industry ecosystem, competitive environment and business trend
3. Knowledgeable in computer and/or consumer electronics related products (devices, system & storage, SW & application, services)
4. Consulting company experience or strategy-related working experience in MNC or large enterprise.
5. Have strong vision and good business sense for new business development, particularly in mobile internet.
6. Market research related experience is a plus.

Study Backgroud:
1. Business degree in Management/Commerce or Computer Science
2. Strong English skill both verbally and orally, preferably >3 years overseas work/life experience
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skill
4. Capable to handle multiple tasks under time pressure
