Position Description:
Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Support Business Operation leader to create Tablet BU long or short term strategy that supports the business direction by understanding the business strategy and direction and combining it with a view of the key industry trends and developments
Support Business Operation leader to develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities.
Contributes to priority projects and developing recommendations and monitor the progress of each key initiatives
Take BU daily operations to enhance employee moral and engage team to strive for the best performance
The role reports to Business Operation leader, and requires a drive to achieve and deliver impact while working across multiple teams. The candidate should be energetic, Outgoing, Hard-working individual who has maturity to be self-managed, self-motivated.

Position Requirements:
Candidate should have experience of business operations, of interactive communications and project management, Analytical and problem structuring thinking skills to structure problems and approach their analyses in a fact-based, methodical way; High-tech manufacturing/consumer electronics/PC/Mobile Internet experience are pluses
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business, MBA is prefer
Strong collaboration and communication ability to ensure BU strategy and key initiatives execution efficiently
Team player with ability to work effectively with and influence others
Self-motivated, with strong drive to deliver impact under tight deadlines•
Fluency in Business English is a requirement
