Major Area of Responsibility:

1.Facilitates the correct creation and completion of data records in line with global & Unit process requirements of the data source
2.Ensures data is entered correctly according to the system specifications and on a timely basis.
3.Executes minor changes in the master database (i.e. updating information on local level data).
4.Gathers all relevant information for data creation and change forms, including contacting local FO departments and/or Installation suppliers etc.
5.Uses specific data management tools that require an advanced level of understanding in master data management and specific competences.
6.Proactively leads the necessary preventive/corrective actions towards the master data to prevent the illegal risk of invalidation of licence and authorization on site control
7.May send the requests for data creation/modification to the Data Administrator after his/her data quality checks are completed.
8.Performs regular data quality control checks at unit level.
9.Generate the regular and specific Installation Supplier Data & Performance Report to support the Management Analysis and Strategy
10.May conduct end-user training for the data systems or tools to ensure adoption and understanding of global data management processes.
11.Acts as the first level support for the applicable data area in the Unit.
12.Develop and implement subcontractor (incl. agent installation team) qualification and performance evaluation process.
13.Execute Installation Supplier/Team Qualification and Segmentation process
14.Ensure the acceptance and successful implementation of new business processes and supporting tools in the area
15.Support KONE units in using KPIs to improve their daily operations.
16.Actively communicate all relevant information ensuring close collaboration in GD/ Global Process Owners /Business Unit and with other relevant units

Requirements:

1.Bachelor major in electrical / mechanical / engineering / Construction or IT;
2.Good understanding and experience in process knowledge and process management
3.Collaborative skills, presentation skills, ability to get work done through others and influence
4.MS Office with good Excel, access and Database Knowledge
5.Good communicator, good written and oral communication skills in English
6.Basic knowledge of SAP PS module
7.Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
8.Abilities to create a team spirit to support and succeed
