Main Responsibilities
1. Tender support
? Works in MOD as an interface between FL & SL, Receive inquiries from Frontline (FL), clarify customer’s specification with FL to understand customer’s special requirement.
? Composes, Collects and sends necessary technical information to FL. Involves internal interest groups if necessary.
? Coordinates needed resources from different functions in SL case by case. Focus Ares are project level engineering, specification optimization and pricing & lead time competitiveness in different tendering phases
? Create tender request with clarified option information, OF and send the final approved Tender Letter and Layout Drawing to FL.
? Responsible to escalate red project tender requirement to escalator tendering steering group for GO/NO-GO decision
? Receives the escalator/equipment/component orders from FL, verifies the received order information, and confirms the order to FL.
? Confirms material delivery times and transfer prices to FL
? Informs FL about any deviations in delivery operations.
? Communicates and collaborates actively and effectively with FL, e.g. by organizing front line or customer visits / meetings
2. Order Handling& material management
? Receives “No Return Point” confirmations from FL & confirm price and leading time to FL
? Create SO in SAP and transfer order to engineering team in T&O system
? Follow up design schedule material source list
? Create and release PO to supplier, confirm delivery date with supplier on time
? Collet material packing information and prepare data for custom to logistic team
? Finish SAP DN&PL work, inform quality team for GR&GI
Skills and Qualification
? Bachelor Degree, with engineering background is preferred.
? Min. with English CET 4 certificate, good at oral and written English.
? Skillful in computer operation (office software, network system, etc).
? Familiar with SAP system
? Good communication and coordination skills.
? Above 5 years working experience on Customer Service in foreign companies with manufacture function, or engineering environment, former escalator industry experience is preferred.
? Excellent graduates can be also considered.
? Honest, diligent, conscientious and self-motivated.
