Position Description:
1.Responsible for supply assurance and flexibility for all Idea Peripherals,Printer and CVT products;
2.Setting up supply management BMS and Process to enhance smooth communication with vendors to make sure Lenovo get first hand real status at vendors side. And also focus on 2nd materials,tooling and capacity analysis.
3.Evaluate vendors' supply capability/performance,push vendors to continuously optimize the L/T and MOQ;
4.Work with SD planning team to set up reasonable route to support ROW region and continuously optimized it.
5.Manage the whole GSM team,balance the workload and encourage team to grow

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelors degree
2. 2+ years people manager experience 2. 5+ years working experience
3.Presentation skill,Communicating skills, Problem solving, Teaming and collaboration ability
