Role and Responsibilities
? Implement company quality policy at the factories and in company products.
? Involved in early engineering production (NPI) phase from quality aspects.
? Responsibility for NPI QC aspects.
? Implement company QA/QC policy during production.
? Investigate product failures and customer complaints with engineering (both company’s and factories engineering).
? Manage QC team in the factories.
? Responsible of ongoing communication with external labs.
? Coordinate CCC certificate executing.
? Prepare reports as required.
Qualifications
? Good English (speak, read, and write).
? Familiar with baby toys international standards.
? Experienced at global companies as QA Manager (at production environment).
? Experience in managing QC team.
? Mechanical lab tests experience.
? Leading CAR and root cause analysis processes.
? Implementing preventive actions.
? Assertive and have the ability to work together with: site managers, QA/QC, engineering managers.
? Multitasking abilities.
? Independent personality.
? Team work skills.
Education Requirements
? Mechanical/Quality/QA Engineer- engineering or similar degree.
? QA management course/certification.
Other Requirements
? The job requires traveling between the factories in Dongguan, Huizou, and Zhongshan
? Experience with office tools: Word, XL, Power point and outlook/mailer.
