? Business Transformation
? Workforce Planning

? HR Function Support & ER
? Engagement

COE - HR dashboard, employee communication manager
? Make regular report of HR dashboard
: labor cost, HC planning & review, turnover rate, labor disputes, leave & absence
? Send official email and BBS announcement about HR notification to employees

任职资格:

Qualification:
- 5 year or above HR experience in the global company, especailly be experienced in the HR function of OD, Performance Managerment , ER and COE for setting up project/program such as business transformation management. HRBP experience is plus.
- Bachelor degree or above
- English Skill - oral: workable, written: good; Korean is Plus
- Strong skill on communication and EQ with positive thinking and coaching way, team work spirit
- Can work under strong pressure and own the result
- Know the business with the strong sense of operation, business model etc.
