职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and implementing EHS policies and procedures in compliance with local government and the 3rd audit company EHS requirements.
2. Responsible for establishing company EHS STANDARDISED WAY OF WORKING, improve STANDARDISED MANAGEMENT.
3. Responsible for coach all departments to assess EHS risk, and identify related preventive actions.
4. Responsible for establishing and implementing company EHS training plans, assess the training efficiency.
5. Responsible for related EHS technology job for all new projects.
6. Responsible for improving safety performance, including equipment, environment, etc.
7. Responsible for organizing company EHS inspection and audit, track all EHS findings and ensure it closed on time.
8. Responsible for incident investigation and dealing with related issues.
9. Responsible for establishing company emergency plan, implement related training and drill.
10. Responsible for establishing contractor & visitor management procedure and supervise.
11. Responsible for occupational management, ensure related occupational examination follow local government requirements.
12. Responsible for EHS department management and person development.
13. Responsible for coordinating and organizing related EHS job for all departments, responsible for completing detail EHS work from company management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in safety/enviornment or related.
2. Minimum 7 years EHS management experience, and minimum 5 years EHS team leading experience.
3. Strong motivation to work in a challenging of HSE field.
4. Good planning, implementing, communication skills and organizing.
5. Good problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent Chinese mother tongue and English.
7. Good at using related software for work, such as Office, etc. 举报 分享
