Responsibilities:
1. Manage projects across several local organizational groups, and communicate with global functions.
2. Develop project plans, work breakdown schedules, etc. using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word software, and keep project information updated for team members to view from various locations around the world.
3. Perform mechanical design work, develop product design concepts, create 3D model、drawing and specification.
4. Track and perform product testing, implementation and validation test.
5. Scouring and manufacturing support.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education and experience, min. 2 yrs work experience.
2. Proficiency in using CAD software (preferably CREO) to perform mechanical design of components to be made by casting, machining, forging and injection molding processes.
3. Proficiency using personal computers and standard office applications such as: Microsoft Office – project, excel, word, power point, e-mail, etc.
4. Experience with common manufacturing processes and willingness to integrate with manufacturing personnel (i.e. mfg. engineering, quality, shop supervisors, etc.) when considering new designs or design changes.
5. Good team member and communication skills.
6. English communication skills, at least written.
