Basic Accountabilities:
1. Monthly update project pipeline with all branches.
2. Monthly maintain and report MP tracker to WHQ.
3. Provide supports on commercial document preparation for bidding projects.
4. Define product type and identify non-standard deviation items.
5. Prepare MOF (material order form) for escalators and travellators for infrastructure and MP project.
6. Support sales team to input product parameter to E-log system
7. Assist to analyze and define target bidding price.
8. Collect public bidding project result databases and conduct comprehensive analysis.
9. Provide other commercial and technical supports per customers’ request.
10. Follow up projects in processes in booking, schedule, shipment, installation, AMT, etc.
Qualification Requirement:
-Education
Bachelor Degree or above
-Language
Effective communications in Chinese & English.
-Computer Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows AutoCAD)
-Others
