Accountabilities:
? Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service to account;
? Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;
? Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement, Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process, etc;
? Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices, B/L, Export documents, etc;
? Well doing daily performance list for management review.
? Well communicating internally and externally.
Requirements:
? College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;
? Holding Customs broker qualification license is preferred;
? Good command of both oral and written English;
? Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
? Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
? Must be a team player.
