Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives under pressure and wants to work in an international business environment, committed to sales and the further growth of a successful multinational company.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
1. Coordinating and executing assigned sales and marketing activities
2. Meeting weekly/monthly enrolment goals en route to achieving annual targets
3. Staff management and development
4. Analyzing market potential and tracking competition
5. Participating in local marketing activities and taking marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose
6. Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships.
7. Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and support.
8. Supporting operation and administration activities
Qualifications
1. Recognized university degree, preferably at graduate level
2. 3-5 years' work experience in sales and marketing for a respected company
3. Strong business acumen and commercial instinct
4. Demonstrated leadership skills
5. Staff management and development experience
6. Commitment to quality and customer service
7. Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
8. Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
9. International experience (study/work) or experience in an international environment
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese; excellent fluency in English and Sichuan dialect
12. Positive attitude and great team spirit
13. Knowledge of the Education industry would be a great plus.
