The Role:
Employee Engagement Specialist is expected to work as a key role to deliver solid performance includes team events organization and coordination, employee caring programs, training support, etc.
Your will focus on:
1. Events organization & coordination:
- Annual dinner, Summer party, volunteer activities, etc.;
- Team regular activities execution and follow up actions;
- Holiday wishes templates preparation;
- Support in Survey design and analysis.
2. Recognition & Incentive programs execution:
- Service year & birthday celebration;
- Random small size team activity (eg. Potluck lunch);
- Incentive programs planning & organization;
- Recognition tools development and implementation.
3. Employee care programs:
- Voice collection from the team for improving better morale and team spirit;
- Useful tips collection regarding national biz traveling and share with the team;
- Create and maintain Wechat public platform for team sharing & event notice;
- Team internal Newsletter preparation.
4. Training support:
- Support in training program initiation;
- Training material preparation & meeting room arrangements;
- Training effectiveness follow up & analysis;
- Regular management meetings logistics preparation.
You have/are:
- Bachelor degree or above, with good command of English both oral and written;
- Good communication and influencing capability;
- Nice to have design sense and be able to make posters;
- Detail oriented and good sense of time management;
- Enable change and feel comfortable working under multi-tasks;
- Passion for activities and be creative at new ideas.
