职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
- Receiving purchase requisitions from operational procurement manager
- Make bundling of demands, negotiate with supplier in regards to price and time
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders in SAP
- Ensuring the purchase orders are issued in time to Suppliers
- Ensuring the good quality of purchasing documents and data in SAP
- Obtaining and update order confirmation from supplier and storing it in SAP
- Monitoring order execution, coordinate all issues happened during order execution with Quality, Engineering and Logistics.
- Expediting and ensuring order deliveries in time
- Supporting Material Group Manager if necessary to enquiry suppliers, negotiate and conclude contracts
- Managing supplier capacity forecast and planning with key / strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance
- Supply risk assessments and initiation of adequate supplier evaluation together with Quality, Engineering and Logistics.
- Handling complaints with suppliers and forwarding non-conformance cost to suppliers
- daily maintain material information in SAP
- Adhereing strictly to Voith policies and regulations (e.g. Code of Conducts, internal trade rules, etc.)
Work Experience Requirement：
1. Have five or more years experience in procurement of bearings, hardware, fasteners, motors, ect.
2. Proven track record on procurement management skills in low volume high mix, more than 500 items, and over 50 suppliers;
3. Proven record of driving results.
4. Strong problem solving capability. Able to analyze & structure complex issues & develop operational & organizational solutions.
5. Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business.
6. Proficiency in commanding English; German is an additional advantage.
Education/Qualification Requirement：
Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer or Paper Making is must,
Skills Requirement (incl. Technical &Soft skills and Language skills)：
Fluent Both Chinese and English
Proficiency with MS-office and skills for measurement
Strategic Thinking
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with the supply market, Strong in China supply market intelligence.
