职位描述：
Role purpose
? Local suppliers identification and development for co-formulants localization initiative. Make sure related materials to be localized to support business growth, with satisfactory performance of compliance, HSE, quality and cost.
? Operational procurement management for assigned portfolios. Initiate and drive continuous improvements.
? Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned portfolios, which should be aligned with stakeholders, global and regional procurement team, to achieve reliable and sustainable supply, quality and cost effectiveness
? Support Co-formulants sourcing from China for Global/Region if needed
? Ensure compliance with Syngenta procurement policies, processes, CoC and other regulations.

Accountabilities
? Work closely with internal stakeholders and global/regional/China procurement team, identify and develop local suppliers of co-formulants for both China and Global/Region
? Independently manage contract management works for assigned portfolios. Initiate and drive continuous improvements.
? Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
? SAP transactions related to assigned portfolios
? Implement global/regional procurement tools, e.g. sourcing handbook, e-sourcing, Napoli…
? Act upon and complete required actions from all internal and external audits/compliance review
? Analysis and action plan to mitigate risks from multiple perspective: supplier risk, single source risk, registration risk
? Drive continuous improvements on supply security, quality, cost efficiency and service
? Align to functional excellence purchases

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge
? In depth knowledge of procurement policies & processes.
? In depth knowledge and strong sourcing skills in certain supply markets, especially in the co-formulants and/or chemical raw materials area
? Capability in developing sourcing strategies and leading the implementation.
? Leadership of complex projects.
? Fluent English (written and spoken)

Critical experience
? 5-10 years of experience in procurement
? Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in co-formulants and/or chemical raw materials sourcing of Agriculture Business industry
