Accountabilities:
? Handle customer's enquiries and requests professionally, maximize customer satisfaction;
? Check and monitor customer payment on time;
? Provide better service for customer, promote operating procedure,
? Input business IT system, provide needed report
? Collect vendor marketing information
Requirements
? Professional in both International and Domestic Logistics
? More than 1- 3 years' related experience in Logistics companies
? Good presentation skill , executive ability and responsibility
? Customer orientated and strong problem solving ability
? Command of both oral and written English
