Major Accountabilities
– Be responsible for effective system & Sales order process optimization. Follow monthly S&OP and Monitor commercial sales order placement and supply.
1) Ensure Ex-F sales achievement VS. S&OP target.
2) Work close with team to ensure monitor and control outstanding issues in supply process and inventory control.
3) Take clear communication with stakeholders when shortage occurs.
4) Ensure SiT days meet monthly target.

– Lead team to conduct channel data collection, uploading, processing and Commercial Sales Flow System (CSF) system maintenance, ensures accurate, timely & integrative data for developing channel plan and supporting sales management to ensure Ex-factory sales achievement.
1) Monitor outsourcing team (DDI & non-DDI) to process daily and monthly DDI data, including hospital sales data and SIT data;
2) Lead monthly doubtful sales validation process and update trade sales data if needed;
3) Lead monthly hospital alias collection and validation procedures, ensure the integrity of monthly hospital sales data, namely, keeping a reasonable hospital alias list for trade data laundry in CSF;
4) Monitor monthly vendor KPI, including both DDI data processing vendor and non-DDI data processing vendor;
5) Annual contract negotiation and purchase order placement with both DDI vendor and non-DDI vendor;
6) CSF system management and enhancement for data processing with IT;

– Support distributor management to increase customer satisfactory and the degree of cooperation
1) New T1 setting process
2) Agreement file management
3) Goods return management.
4) Conduct compensation operation
5) Distributor credit review
6) Support local commercial team on related area.

- Builds a partnership and alignment with key stakeholders,internal and external to excellent cross-functionality.
1) Ex-factory sales planning with BPA
2) New product launch forecast with MKT;
3) Import process, product technical change, plant switching, delivery and supply with Supply Chain
4) Product switch plan with MKT/DRA/SCM
5) Credit/AR management with FRA
6) Sales data and report with SO and Admin
7) System optimization with IT
8) Other related internal and external stakeholders.

- Responsible for process improvement in above related area.
- Build high efficient & flexible team to support business achieve and growth.
- Develop team; ensure good team spirit on work relations, interaction be-tween people.
- Other work assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above, Preferentially in scientific subject e.g. finance, engineering, economics, marketing,
- Medium English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills;
- Above 6 years working experience in SO (SFE), sales planning, supply chain management or Marketing;
- Excellent communication and influence skills in the matrix organization;
- At least 3 years people manager experience
- Persistent and good implementation skill and strategic thinking;
- Experience in multinational company preferred.
- Be conscientious;
- Be discipline.
