Major Accountabilities 主要职责
Principal Tasks.
1. Know, be Complaint with and can interpret the HSE, quality compliance and asset management requirements and SOPs at equipment area, practically utilize the regulations into practice; Lead the gap analysis, SOP initiation and optimization.
了解, 遵守并能够从专业方面解释安全环境, 质量法规和资产管理方面的要求和流程, 使规程与实践结合; 带领规程的差据分析, 起草和优化。
2. Be expertise of all function area equipment, and oversee all the machine reliability improvements (e.g. all production machines, or all facility and utilities)
具备所有功能区域内设备设施的专业知识 (比如所有的工艺设备或者所有的设施设备), 整体负责设备可靠性的提高。
3. Correctly execute and continuous optimize the equipment preventive maintenance; be professional at root cause finding out of machine break downs; lead unconventional equipment trouble shootings; develop continuous maintenance improvements.
正确执行设备维护保养并不断优化, 高技能的找到故障原因并有效解决, 带领非常规疑难问题的解决；不断优化设备维护。
4. Knowledge management at maintenance optimization, experience sharing, root cause analysis, standard instructions
知识管理：维护方法优化， 经验分享， 根本原因分析， 标准操作方法。
5. Lead major equipment kaizens in HSE, Quality and Safety, Reliability and efficiency
重要的设备在HSE, 质量合规和可靠性和效率方面的技术改进。
6. Coaching engineers, technicians and operators for knowledge sharing, operation and maintenance improvement, standardize operations, improve team capability
指导工程师， 技术员和操作员的技术分享，操作维护的标准化, 提升团队能力。
7. Lead medium scale equipment investment projects， Kaizen or IQP projects
负责中等规模的设备投资项目， 技术革新或IQP项目
8. Develop efficient plan and execution of spare parts stock and consumptions;
有规划的制定和执行高效的备件库存和使用。
9. Managing effectiveness with equipment service suppliers
有效的设备供应商服务管理。
10. Carry out Qualifications and ensure Change Controls of machines, equipment and installations.
执行确认和确保设备，机器和安装的变更控制
11. Assure up-to-date SOPs, comply with cGMP and industrial field’s standard.
确保最新的SOP，符合cGMP和工业领域要求。
12. Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation libraries and technical data files.

13. Maintain good relationship with colleagues, satisfy the customer requirements.

Ideal Background 理想的背景
Education:Bachelor degree in Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering, mechanical & Electrical, Automation, etc.
教育:工程科学学士学位，例如机械工程，机电一体化，自动化。

Languages: Fluent English spoken and written can read technical manuals, electrical diagrams.
语言: 熟练英文读写能力， 能识别英文的手册， 电气图纸。

Experience:7~9 years experience in machine maintenance, service
工作经验：7~9年的工作设备维修或服务经验。
Project management experience beneficial
