职位描述

Position Description:
The primary mission of the Service Readiness (SR) team is to
represent services in the development of products from each Lenovo
Business Unit (Visuals, Mobiles, Desktop, Software, Services, and
Emerging Products) Before product launch Representing a subset of
service activities and requirements throughout the IOD development
cycle to ensure products can effectively be supported and serviced
globally at time of ship support. Life Cycle Management Post launch
assessment and monitoring of product performance and customer
issues through data analysis, participation in non-BMC cost
initiatives and driving improvements in customer satisfaction.

Position Requirements:
Defining, managing and tracking Service/Support requirements,
deliverables, program schedule and milestones for new
hardware/software/service product releases.
1. Bridge GEO operational team and BU team in terms of services
readiness and preparation. Set up management system to improve
communication efficiency and develop good relationship with GEO
operational team. .
2. Work with cross functional teams across IDEA Product Group and
Services Group requirements into product teams and accomplish
Service Readiness for each and every product and executing on the
Service Readiness plan.
3. Work with 3rd party partners to establish Cooperative Support
Agreements or ODM contracts, based on input from various functional
groups.
4. Develop and manage Service Readiness plan that takes into
account all the Service requirements, milestones and deliverables
associated with new hardware/software/service product releases.
5. Coordinate with functional groups responsibilities and
deliverables with respect to new hardware/software/service product
releases and continuous improvement projects to define
Serviceability requirements during the early definition phase of
new hardware/software/service product releases.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to define Serviceability
requirements during the early definition and design phase of new
software/hardware/service product releases.
7. Develop measurement criteria and tools to monitor and drive
continuous serviceability and process improvement.
