Principal Accountabilities:
? Overall business performance (70%)
? Work closely with distributors, sales team on business objectives
? Manage CM bidding in all level of China
? Apply all Imaging CM price
? Forecast and secondly distributors management
? Follow up and record all hospital sales
? Develop and grow the business under the assigned class of trades (COTs) with strategic approach.
? Obtain and analysis the update policies to relevant internal stakeholders to drive local market access.
? Build and develop stakeholder relationship with NDRC and MOHRSS
? List all main products into NRDL
? Relationship building (10%)
? Focus on building strong customer and distributor rapport
? Communicate with country marketing personnel to ensure that they all understand the information to help sales of the product
? Market Intelligence (20%)
? Interact with senior opinion leaders in the respective class of trades
? Keep close tap of competitor activities, pricing, products launches and discounts for market analysis
Experience:
? At least 2-3 years' Government Affair management experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry.
? Minimum 5 years experience in medical industry in Sales or Marketing
? Strong strategic thinking and market sensitivity.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
