职位描述：
Key objectives

Be responsible for
the Guangdong-West region to fulfill recruitment tasks and
meet KPIs

(covered cities in
west of GD provinces and hiring positions including District sales
manager/sales associate/sales trainer/field investigator/office assistant etc)

Duties and
responsibilities

1 .Be responsible
for fulfillment of the required manpower for business needs timely with the
reasonable cost

2. To lead team
work closely with business department as recruitment business partner by
provide timely& accurate data/report, manpower solution and professional
advice

3. Follow and
continue improve the hiring process and recruitment policy ( Org. Chart, JD
& Hiring Plan)

4. To cooperate
with HQ recruitment sourcing team to analyze effectiveness of different
sourcing channels and develop sourcing solutions (for different job categories)
to meet business requirement

5. To work with
other recruitment team to improve policies/programs related to recruitment eg.
manpower planning, referral program, offer authorization, new-hire report duty

6. Recruit, coach
and develop recruiters to meet KPI of team’s performance by fulfill rate, lead
time, recruitment quality, data accuracy in all recruitment system and cost

7. Regional
training plan and execution

8. Other task
assigned by management team

Requirements

Education/Experience

1.Bachelor's degree, majoring in Human Resource, English, Psychology,management or related discipline

2.At least 5 years working experience in HR related function,
sales recruitment working experience would be an advantage

3.Experience in MNC with
the industry of FMCG, Electronic, Medicine are highly preferred
