Role purpose 职位功能描述

Work under the direction from Business Representative, implement retailor sales strategy and demand creation to influencing farmers or retailers for achieving sales targets. The job requests good relationship built with key retailers and big farmers.
在业务代表的指引下工作,执行零售渠道销售策略和需求拉动,以影响农民或零售商实现销售目标。本职位要求与丰达零售店和大农户建立良好的关系。

Accountabilities 职能范围

Regularly visit retailors to address needs. Most of Promoter should report back with scan project. 按时拜访零售商以了解需求,绝大部分业务员需要用扫描项目反馈相关数据。
Implement sales plan and achieve sales target in retailers.执行零售渠道的销售计划达成销售目标。
Convince farmer for trails and implement demand creation with unit product or product mix. Photograph the trails for demand creation or send to request departments if needed. 说服农户,对单一产品或产品组合进行田间试验。拍下田间试验的效果图,应用于田间推广工作,或提供给相关部门。
According to Business Representative tailor-made PPT of crops and company products in respective area, present PPT in demand creation. 根据业务代表制作好的负责区域内的作物和公司产品的PPT,在需求拉动中演讲诠释。
Support Business Representative to conduct farmer meetings to introduct Syngenta solutions. 协助业务代表向农民会介绍公司作物解决方案。
Fengda retailer management in build up the business relationship and collect Fengda retailers information in respective area. 实施丰达店的客情维护,收集丰达农户信息并上交。
Maintain the Syngenta field promotion materials merchandising. 一线维护先正达宣传品。
