课程顾问
 
概述：
课程顾问是潜在客户在EF最先接触的人。课程顾问通过与客户建立良好的关系，并根据客户的需求定制个性化的课程及长期学习计划，最终负责向客户销售EF课程。
 
角色：
尽管课程顾问关注销售结果，但是为了给客户提供强有力的学术专业性的意见，课程顾问对教育产业及EF产品需要有很好的掌控能力。
 
工作职责：
每日跟进预约到访客户名单，确保客户的到访准时而顺利
在客户到访后，负责接待以及提供一对一课程咨询
针对客户不同的需求以及现状，定制个性化的课程计划
与客户探讨课程计划，设置合理的短期目标，为客户提供有力的学术评估
负责入学合同签署
其他根据公司需要所授予的职责和责任
 
任职资格:
 
爱孩子，并关注他们的成长
有销售或教育相关经验
大学四级及以上
英语读写流利
熟练使用微软办公软件
有强烈的责任感
有开放的心态，乐于与他人沟通
有灵活应变的能力

Course Consultant
 
Synopsis:
Act as the owner of the regional marketing for at least 4 EF schools.Execute the offline school-based MKT plan, including ATL, BTL, R&R and B2B, and be responsible for the performance and cost efficiency of the MKT activities that he/she runs.
 
                                               
You will:
About School-based MKT Activities
Make school-based MKT strategies/draw school-based MKT plan
Select and maintain good sites for school signage and outdoor, monitor and review the outdoor performance
Select and maintain good sites for school booth and filtering, monitor, training and review PT
Maintain relationship with key persons of state schools & kindergartens, run activities if needed
Track all the MKT activities at the school level qualitatively and quantitatively
Monitor and control cost of per new student
Attend school's weekly/bi-weekly sales & MKT meeting and make sure efficient communication with school
Monthly competitor information collection
 
You have/are:
Bachelor degree or above
2-3years work experience or above is a plus
Having experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing is a plus
Fluent oral English and accurate written English skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Be very flexible and can handle emergencies
