Job Summary
Responsible for Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Fujian & Hainan.
Responsible for providing application supports to prospects, existing customers,
distributors and internal functional teams (sales, marketing, regulatory).
Main Responsibilities
? Proactively Support Sales and Marketing teams in clinical promotion:
o Participate in on-site demonstration, exhibitions and shows and give
presentation in seminars and conferences.
o Provide technical expertise for inquiries from sales/marketing team.
o Promoting Cepheid products by talking about technical advantages and
assay menu/pipeline.
o Proactively manage clinical promotion to potential customers, follow up
sales leads by site visits and face-to-face communication
? Drive and Ensure quick start of activity for new customer:
o On-site system installation.
o Provide quality application training for distributor and end user.
o Assist customer in verification, validation and implementation of Cepheid
assays.
