职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

• Grasp and understand the latest development in tax laws,regulations and local practices of corporate taxes and provide tax policyupdate and governance support to business and functions.

• Work with regional Tax ComplianceCenter of Global Business Service Center and legal entities to fulfill theoversight role of Global Tax CoE on local tax compliance and risk managementincluding local tax audit.

• Coordinate and work with TaxCompliance Center of Shared Service Center and legal entities on process andcontrol improvement

• External reporting- tax related

• Support business on projects,e.g. M&A related tax matters and tax implications out of business modelchanges

• Establish a trusted partnershipwith business and functions

Key Requirements:

• 6-10 years’ professional tax experiencein Big 4 tax consulting and industry experience in MNCs is a plus

• Strong Tax knowledge andexperience particularly in tax accounting and tax compliance.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Strong communication, management, interpersonal andorganization skills

• Occasionaltravel around China and overseas is expected
