About This Job:
· Support to order management and ensure daily operation comply with company compliance policy
· Support to complaint & customer rework process
· Daily check to find if any delay on actual goods issue/SAP GI/scan base on daily transportation report
· Create billing in SAP
· Export SAP DN list and upload to barcode system
· Check the scan data in barcode system
· Support to customer master maintenance in SAP and barcode system
· Responsible for functional monthly report
· Support to customer complaint registration in complaint system
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
· Possess good working knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Modules.
· Experience in handling orders and customer complaints
· Good time management
· Effective communication
· Meticulous work
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications:
· 2 years’ work experience in customer service.
· Bachelor degree or above
