Role purpose
? In terms of business requirement, carry out Concept trials and Demo trials of landscape & ornamental, complete the landscape & ornamental projects.
? Provide a technical support to business team, such as technical training, technical materials edition
? Integrated the landscape pests management and solution
Accountabilities
? Provide technique support to landscape business and ornamental.
? Identify the new opportunities of landscape and ornamental products portfolio in China landscape and ornamental market.
? Provide products technical training to staff and growers, in charge of managing and releasing landscape and ornamental technical information ((including video design)) via all kinds of channel such as WeChat platform, internet, etc.
? Arrange and follow products efficacy trials, Demo trials, concept trials and comparison trials. Analyze, summarize the trials data and results to support sales promotion.
? Collect and utilize trials data & Pictures to prepare technical Bulletins, Leaflets, Articles, Brochures or PowerPoint presentations.
? Work closely with other business units in the L&G
Qualifications
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
? Bachelor or above degree in crop protection or Horticulture or other agriculture related majors.
? Two years or more technique experience in crop protection, Horticulture or Agronomy
? Chemical marketing experiences would be a plus
? Good communication and presentation skills
? Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet)
? Good English skill in speaking and writing
