Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering or equivalent
2.Capable of working both in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
3.Sound PC skills (Excel, Word, Auto CAD etc.)
4.Strong & professional knowledge of electrical products
5.Good teamwork and communication skills
6.2-5 years working experience in industry, preferably in engineering or manufacturing setting
7.Proactive, highly motivated, task driven with high degree of integrity, ready to take responsibility.



Major Area of Responsibilities:
1.Establish WI &OI for electrical production
2.Project management and implement in factory.
3.Control and manage drawings and technical documents
4.Actively handle Engineering changes (CR) and coordinate the implementation in factory.
5.Analysis on product fault and actions for correction together with related department and manufacturing people.
6.Support production testing and Develop electrical testing device. Participate in pilot and testing of new

product.
7.Check product BOMs together with PCM department engineer to be sure BOM is right.
8.Technical support to related functions & departments include field in case of need.
