QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Degree:
Bachelor degree in HR related major, master degree is preferred.

Working Experience:
1. 8 years + HR experiences in MNC, more than 5-year experience in organization and talent development is preferred
2. Good strategic thinking and communication skills, able to drive things in a large organization
3. Career driven, has clear goal and passionate on growing with team
