TOEFL/IELTS Teacher(英孚教育托福雅思教师)
EF International Pathway Program（英孚教育留学备考中心）
Synopsis:
As a Local English Teacher specifically for teenagers at EF Kids & Teens, you will join our academic team together with international teachers to deliver high quality General English together with IELTS/TOFEL/SAT related courses as well as to provide academic services to our students from 12-18 years old.
The role:
The Teacher position is an essential and key position in EF schools. The responsibilities mainly include preparing and delivering lessons, administering and reporting students’ learning progress, providing language & cultural consultancy and coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Director of Studies
Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students
Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings
Assist in the placement testing and interviewing for new students enrollment
Carry out academic events including demo lessons, parent academy and life clubs
Provide professional and detailed cultural consultancy for students & parents who are preparing to study overseas
Conduct individual consultations with parents and/or students to discuss personalized development plan
Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development
Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site
Requirements:
Hold a master degree and a National Teacher Certificate or TEFL/CELTA certificate
Major in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics
Command excellent communicative skills in English with IELTS7/TOFEL 100 or above
Have studied in USA, UK, Canada or Australia prestigious universities
Enjoy being with teens and passionate about education and culture industry
Have over 2 years teaching experience to learners who are preparing to study overseas both in general English and IELTS /TOFEL/ SAT related courses
Must work on weekends
