Responsibilities:
1, Manage and perform support of purchasing group activities include:
1.1, Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements of group activities; align scheduling priorities;
1.2, Be responsible for developing day-to-day schedule and prioritization of activities, proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts for group activities;
1.3, Lead all administrative support functions, including organizing documents, preparing the analysis and presentations for the department head, collecting materials for group meetings, meeting follow up and preparation, logistical arrangements, space planning, meeting agendas, org charts etc.;
1.4, Arrange collection and delivery of weekly project highlights;
1.5, Supporting routine matter and financial reporting for the team, including compiling and formatting reports;
2, Provide logistic & administrative supports to overseas visitor, include but not limited to: obtain invitation letter from local governmental office to facilitate visitors’ China visa application, arrange ground transfer & accommodation during their stay in China, help to solve issues they might encounter in China etc.;
3, Coordinate communication within the department;
4, All other duties as assigned including special projects;
Requirements:
Education Background: Bachelor degree or above
Language Ability: Excellent English ability both in oral and written.
Computer Skills: Good command of Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge and relative working experience:
- Medical or Pharmacy education background preferred.
- Have working experience to support a purchasing team will be a plus.
