KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Create and implement plans for product and marketing activities in China. This will include: research, test market, size of prize validation, and optimum marketing mix to support the marketing projects;
? Assist marketing manager in defining the marketing strategy for a geographic based on market analysis, creating long/short-term plans and alternative strategic scenarios to identify growth opportunities for the business;
? Launch trade & consumer promotion plan periodically and help maintain the right price structure & right inventory level in the market;
? Standardize the trade & consumer promotion program execution procedure and ensure that all the marketing activities are properly implemented and strictly adhere to company's regulation;
? Responsible for business management of product lines including new product development, packaging, sales, pricing, channel, marketing and inventory management;
? Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing sales, channel strategy, marketing plan with sale team to achieve company’s goals on channel reach and market share;
? Assist the sales team to achieve the sales target and help individual region to achieve regional sales goal and regional KPIs based on required product mix;
? Work closely with R and D to drive new product development and planning by analyzing product, consumer, market, and competitor trends to generate new ideas and develop product roadmap;
? Manage product life cycle;
? Manage and monitor every new product development project and coordinate with internal departments including R and D, quality control, procurement, logistics, legal, etc., and external parties to ensure timely completion of every project;
? Assist to put in place consumer research progress;
? Decide promotional material & premium;
? Provide activities feedback and competition information to respective parties;
? Control and analyze A&M expenses;
? Collect competition information & market activities;
? Feedback the promotion results;
? Ensure understanding of category dynamics and consumer behaviours within the baking grocery channel. Apply this to the development and implementation of relevant brand and category plans.
Key Requirements
? At least 8 years relevant product management and marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in food production, and specifically bakery segment
? Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
? Professional with strong ownership and able to work independently
? Good command of English and Mandarin
