职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Training Part
Manage Training Program Implementation

1. Manage training budget & expense
Manage all training procurement process according to company requirement with the support of Axapta system.
Maintain all the expenditure record and provide data with following line manager's guidance and company accounting requirement
2. Support the rolling out of in-classroom training and other learning programs
3. Manage trainer practices
Maintain and update standardized training material repository
Maintain training records
Maintain and update the annual training plan

Implement relevant training program

1. Manage the e-learning platform operation
2. Coordinate the RDPAC MRC program
Update internal RDPAC MRC protocol with following RDPAC policy renew & Menarini requirement update
Support day to day RDPAC practice
3. Organize and coordinate sales team promotion program
Coordinate the nomination and assessment of promotion program according to the timeline planed
Communicate key information to the all key stockholders, especial nomination process, assessment process, promotion result
4. Organize the Executive Club program
Roll-out performance mapping and share with all key stockholders
Announce Menarini ranking results and prepare award activities
Coordinate L&D activities in terms of gold, silver, copper training
Communicate with internal colleagues

SFE Systems Part
1. Provide the end users 1st level support via email, telephone calls and online service, including hardware, VPN, systems and related issues.
2. Log the reported incidents with appropriate information into the ticket system and resolve whenever possible.
3. Forward the reported incidents to 2nd level supporter when the incident cannot be resolved at 1st level.
4. Summarize and provide the incidents reports.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline is preferable but not a must.
2. Familiar with Microsoft applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer).
3. Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
