Start an exceptional career in our energetic, results-producing and expertise-driven corporate talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Danaher.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for pipelining talent for a variety of roles. Proactively identifies candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: cold calling into competitive companies, sourcing online databases and social media sites, Boolean searching on internet portals, job boards, and contact lists, networking, optimizing use of employee referrals and ATS system, and attending industry related events. Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Meanwhile, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be also responsible for owning all kinds of interview logistic arrangement and recruitment team coordination work, providing active support to Taleo system and all other kinds of recruitment program & projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work closely with recruitment team in sourcing candidates by utilizing different sourcing channels like direct approach, market mapping, job boards, social media, internal referral etc.
? Reach the active and high quality passive candidates in the market and build relevant talent pipeline for assigned positions.
? Conduct market research to understand talent market for each industry segment for current and future hiring needs.
? Build professional network with candidates, get updated resumes and handle initial screening and assessment.
? Maintain and make sure the integrity data in the Applicant Tracking System.
? Recruitment logistic arrangement and coordination.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above
? 1 or 2 years of candidate sourcing experience in a reputable agency or corporate setting (or equivalent) including, but not limited to direct sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, developing target company lists, names generation (cold calling), job analysis and salary trends, retainer based headhunting experience highly desirable
? Individual must be hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
? Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
? Proven social networking proficiency
? Ability to present new recruiting concepts. Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly, while building solutions that strike an optimal balance of meeting the needs of the business, beating competitors, and operating in a lean environment
