Principal Accountabilities:
- Order entry in SAP system with right price to right customer
- Do allocation appropriate, push customer payment
- Get finance approval, and release order when payment is ready
- Do appropriate communication with customer to set up the close working relationship
- Be clear on order status and related division target gap, to drive business move ahead
- Do smooth communication with business division & sales managers, to understand customer status and give the feedback to team on goods preparation and status update
- Answer Email / Phone / Fax Queries and ensure smooth workflow on a day to day basis
- Handle and forward customer complaints/claims to the related parties, collect customer’ request and give feedback so as to reach high level customer service;
- Coach sales team member and customer on sales order related SOP to smoothly execute contract/ PO;
- Work with logistic/forwarding team handle urgent shipment properly
Experience:
- At least 2 yrs. total working experiences.
- SAP skills of order management more than 1 year at least in supply chain, open industry, Medical industry preferred.
- Minimum tertiary qualifications Bachelor degree with English, Trading or Logistics major.
- Knowledge and experience of foreign trade.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Power-point.
- Good understanding of the supply chain process.
