Job Responsibilities:
1. The role is responsible for growing revenue from all ‘E Commerce’ channels for overseas markets.
2.Set up & manage the online shops on the key Ecommerce channels, eg, Amazon, Aliexpress include day to day activity (update product imagery, descriptions, prices, promotions) & business plan.
3. Communicate with customer and platform’s seller support to solve possible issues. Maintain good performance rating
4.Drive traffic to our Axus Online channels – Work with attractions to deliver marketing plans to grow visitor numbers to these sites.
5. Be responsible for collecting relevant customer data and help define the right method of contacting the customer using digital technology eg email/ social channels.
6. Ensure that the appropriate brand image is represented accurately across all our official online stores & social media. Maintain consistency with MARCO BRAND BOOK
7. Support the budgeting, process & help identify the growth targets each year as part of the IBD team.
8. Analyze sales performance, campaign performance and stock level, build weekly / monthly reports on the Ecommerce performance & plans.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Online Merchandising field for Cross Border E-commerce
2. Independent, ambition, commitment, energy, enthusiasm, good team spirit and desire to win are imperative.
3. Good understanding of global business & economic situation.
4. Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
5. Good problem solving skills
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels.
8. Able to handle pressure in a fast paced team environment and maintain a calm and courteous manner.
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese.
