职位描述：
Core Job Purpose:
- Perform Software design verification & validation related tasks to ensure design output comply with design input; R&D laboratory set-up and management including equipment, tools, procedures, daily operations, and related safety issues.
- Support RA for CFDA registration including documentation preparation, on-site inspection and test.

Responsibilities:
1. Aligning with R&D project plan, involve in corresponding tests which may include unit test, fatigue test, design verification test and so on.
2. Make software test plans, protocol, test and test reports individually.
3. Software test environment build-up, create and maintain test case, follow up software test problem and feedback, use bug management tool to drive bug finding and resolve
4. Arrange and activities with documented files.
5. R&D lab management including facility management and prototype management.
6. Support engineering team, to prepare Registration related documents.
7. Ensure related procedures comply with company quality system.
8. Support RA for CFDA registration including documentation preparation, on-site inspection and test.
Core Essential Functions/Deliverables:
1. Software Test Plan, Test Protocol, Test Report
2. Support RA for CFDA registration
3. R&D lab daily management
4. Prototyping build up

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Above Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in software, bio-medical or related subjects.
2. Above 3 years working experience in software tests. Preferred to have medical equipment background or a closely related industry is required.
3. Knowledge of software development procedure, and software different test methods on the whole lifetime cycle
4. Good understanding of the software test method and theory technology, and use different black box testing case familiarly
5. Good understanding of software development and quality assurance
6. Knowledge and skill in engineering documentation procedures; Be familiar with development methods and project management, with the ability to rapidly master KaVo internal procedures and methods.
7. In-depth knowledge of design controls, risk management, SOPs, GMP/CFDA/ISO 9001 etc., principles and proven skill in integrating into project environment
8. Familiar with CFDA requirement for product registration
9. Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
10. Good communication skill and service spirit.

PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Familiar with testing tool (Such as Rational, and so on) is preferred
2. Script programming with Python, experience in Perl is preferred
3. Experience of debugging or performance monitoring tools is preferred 举报 分享
