Job title: MDM Operation Specialist/数据运营专员
Location: Shanghai



Main Accountabilities：

Fully responsible for all master data objects in respective scope;

Ensure master data integrity between modules & systems at optimal quality and accuracy, responsible for interaction with business and regional team;

Coordinate, Analysis and facilitate resolution of master data issues;

Assist & Train resources involved in the data collection process;

Develop procedure/business rules for data collection;

Track the master data application process

Assist MDM Analyst on the network administration & reporting

Maintain/update the respective master data in the system

New MDM related process implement and improvement

Business and MDM related project support

Drive the deep implementation of MAPS system and establish high quality ongoing training to end user

Strong influential management skill to achieve objectives within Japan business team and actively promote a culture of continuous improvement through ongoing network operation.

 

Relevant Experience：

Bachelor degree or above

Minimum 2 years work experience (Has SAP experience will be prefer)

Good at Excel, PPT, Word. Etc.

Strong self-organization and work management skills

Understanding of the importance of and ability to effectively communicates within team and with business

Solid analytical thinking and result oriented

Fluent English and Japanese speaking and writing.

Team work attitude and essential leadership skill

Good learning skill, can pick up new knowledge quickly

Muti-national/foreign invested company working experience strongly
