职位描述：
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Roles & Responsibilities:
？ Lead the planning and execution of project
？ Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
？ Define project tasks and resource requirements
？ Develop full scale project plans
？ Manage project budget, plan and schedule project timelines
？ Provide direction and support to project team
？ Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
？ Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
？ Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
？ Establish and nurture productive working relationships with internal/external partners

Key requirements:
？ Minimum 3 years in R&D Project Management experience
？ Familiar with HW design or Software design
？ Bachelors / Masters Degree in Automation preferable
？ Critical thinking and problem solving skills
？ Planning and organizing
？ Decision-making
？ Team worker
？ Communication skills
？ Influencing and leading
？ Negotiation
？ Conflict management
