职位描述：
Take part in the selection of new suppliers through quality audits. 通过对新供应商进行质量审核的方式参与新供应商的审核，确保其流程和工艺满足要求。
Analyzes reports and returned products to pinpoint root cause and implement solution within organization with colleagues from divisions or product companies主导分析退回的产品的根本原因并和集团总部或者生产工厂的同事一起执行解决方案。
Establish quality control plan and checklist according customer request, make sure we provide high quality products. 根据客户要求制定质量控制计划及检查表,确保生产的产品符合要求。
Conducts complex analysis of raw material, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure conformity to specification. 对原材料，过程及成品进行较复杂的检查确保符合要求。
Training and monitoring inspector perform inspection according to request and keep record. 培训并监督过程检验人员按要求进行原材料/产品检测，并保持相关记录。
Initiates corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies. 发起对流程，产品或工艺缺陷的纠正措施。
Perform product audit. 定期进行产品审核。
Documents quality issues. 质量事件的汇总记录
Responsible for approving products for distribution. 负责产品的批准和放行。
May assist in the development of new analytical methods. 可以协助开发新的检验方法。

Experience requirements
1) Familiar with compressor and dryer. 熟悉压缩机和干燥机。
2) Three years’ experience in quality management Min. 至少三年质量部管理经验
3) Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 standard. 熟悉ISO：9001，ISO：14001质量管理体系
4) Skillful in Office etc. 良好的计算机操作能力（MS office, Lotus Notes)

Educational requirements
1)At least Bachelor major in mechanical. 机械类专业本科
