Corporate Relations Manager/Supervisor

Synopsis:
Hult International Business School in Shanghai is looking for a Corporate Relations Manager/Supervisor to join our Career Development organization to assist international students in securing employment in China and globally.
The Role:
This role will work with external career consultants and students closely. This position will establish new employer contacts and strengthen existing relationships through outreach activities such as cold calls, mass mailings, networking events and job fairs.
The Corporate Relations Manager/Supervisor will collaborate closely with other Corporate Relations and Career Services staff both locally and globally as well as work closely with the Academic team, faculty and students.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
1. Assist the Corporate Relations director in developing and building the Hult brand as well as generating new employment opportunities via leads from alumni, Faculty, job postings, industry conferences, networking events including chamber events and other sources.
2. Research key industry trends and emerging career opportunities locally and nationally to provide information to students and identify potential target companies. Involve in cold call, mass mailings, and client visits to target companies
3. Helped Corporate Relations Director to approach and follow up with company contacts for in-class lectures, Executive speaker series, action learning projects, Executive Track mentors, mock interviews, event sponsorships, and other on-campus activities.
4. Help recruiters to review student profiles and select relevant student candidates for client companies for both full time job placement opportunities and internship opportunities
5. Build and maintain close relationships with corporate representatives and recruiters for job development opportunities, and on- and off-campus recruiting efforts
6. Support and assist in Career Fairs, alumni and networking events, company visits and guest speakers including all logistics and follow up. Secure event sponsorships and generate new areas for employer and student interaction.
7. Involve in student facing, communicate with students to collect their feedback for corporate relations and career service.
8. Support all the administrative and operational work related with corporate relation and career service activities.
Requirements
1. Minimum 3-5 years related experience in recruitment, executive search, B2B sales, marketing. Knowledge of the MBA market, related industries and functions desired.
2. Bachelor degree required; overseas degree holders strongly preferred. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. International experience is a big plus
3. Experience working directly with a diverse and international student population. Good bilingual communication skills required
4. Ability to work with multi tasks and work under pressure. Detail oriented, good time management, strong team spirit, well-organized and willing to learn new things
5. Availability to work some evenings and weekends is an expectation of this position as well as travel to job fairs and other regional events.
