Job Responsibilities:
？Keep good communication internally & externally.

？Completing or assisting in the completion of transaction related data and forms.

？Assist the sales team prepare and modify the documents. Complete all relate document stamp process.
安排销售团队准备和修改文档， 完成所有相关的文件印章过程
？To support the team member attend and prepare the customer seminar or event support.
支持团队成员参加并准备客户研讨会或活动支持
？Shanghai office’s admin daily support.
上海办事处的管理日常支持
？Other tasks assigned by Sales manager.
销售经理分配的其他任务


Education & Experience：
？University degree level, with majors in Marketing, Insurance, or Management or English preferable.
？At least 2 years’ experience as an assistant.
