工作描述：
1、管理并带领团队完成每月电话预约目标；
2、协助招聘工作，并负责培训团队成员；
3、监督并辅导团队成员工作，完善工作流程，提出绩效改进方案；
4、负责团队各种工作报告，协助部门经理完成管理工作；

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，3-5年的呼叫中心工作经历，至少一年以上的管理经验；有教育行业经验者优先
2、丰富的呼叫中心行业知识和座席代表相关知识，对呼叫中心和电话预约部门的运作和流程有深刻的了解；
3、强烈的责任心和上进心；
4、具有较强的计划能力、组织协调能力、团队管理能力、应变能力和领导力；
5、良好的中、英文听说读写能力；
6、熟练掌握Office操作系统，精通Excel；

Job description:
1、Lead and manage team to achieve the monthly target
2、Assist to recruit and responsible for training team member
3、Monitor and mentor team member’s work, enhancing the working procedure, providing performance improvement proposal
4、Assist manager to do other management work.

Requirements:
1、College education above, 3-5 year call center work experiences and at lease 1 year in management role. Education industry experience is preferred.
2、Rich call center industrial knowledge and TMR’s. Good understanding of telemarketing department operation and processing.
3、Strong responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit
4、Good planning, team management and team leading skill
5、Good mandarin and English skill on listening、writing、reading and speaking.
6、Familiar with MS Office and especially Excel skill.
